In Syria, most medications are available over the counter at pharmacies (without prescription). While physicians do not issue prescriptions through this platform, they can offer recommendations regarding medication use.
Physicians are not required to request laboratory tests. However, they may recommend appropriate tests, and patients can arrange a follow-up appointment thereafter.
At the moment we are comprising a list of medications available in Syria.
